    • FREE SHIPPING when you spend over $75 USD.
    • Otherwise, the flat fee for shipping is $9 USD. 
  • Canada
    • FREE SHIPPING when you spend over $95 CAD.
    • Otherwise, the flat fee for shipping is $12 CAD.

    RETURNS

    Here at Joyleta, we understand that online shopping can be challenging, so we offer our customers a  30 DAY return policy. 

    We offer FREE RETURNS in Canada and the United States*!

    Please note:

    • If the return instructions are not followed properly, your order will be processed as a store credit.
    • Your item(s) need to be in resalable condition (unwashed, unworn, tags attached, in their original packaging and without marks or damage to the items). 
    • Items purchased at regular price are eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit (minus the original shipping fees). 
    • Items purchased with a discount of up to 20% are eligible for exchange or store credit only (minus the original shipping fees). 
    • Items purchased with a discount of more than 20% are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit, unless the item is defective or faulty in some way. 
    • For items being exchanged, customers may exchange once per item. We will send you a link to purchase the correct size and we will pay for the return shipping costs. Your refund will be minus the original shipping fees.
    • If you return an item for a refund and it brings the original order below the threshold for free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. 
    • If you are returning an item because it is the wrong size, and you would like help finding the correct size, please visit the Size Guide under each product description or email us at returns@joyleta.com for help. We are happy to assist you and send you the correct size!
    • If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will pay the return shipping costs.
    • For hygienic reasons, we are unable to process returns for underwear and swim bottoms.  
    • You will receive a full refund of your item/order excluding the cost of your original shipping. 
    • *Prepaid return labels are not available for customers in the United States. We will provide assistance in how to return or exchange an item and will refund up to a maximum of $8 USD for your return shipping costs.
